We’re incredibly proud of our Customer Services team. Their track record speaks wonders for them and it’s profoundly evident that they go above and beyond for our customers. We get hundreds of reviews each week that stream through directly to our product pages, but often customers write to us or call directly to pass on their compliments to a particular member of staff. Someone who’s gone out of their way to make the whole process a little easier.

To acknowledge their hard work and buck the trend of the traditional call centres we decided that, rather than rewarding our team for the ‘hard sell’, we would reward them for kindness! Each month one team member will be selected to get a prize for receiving the most glowing customer message.
